Front office staff was courteous.The wait time from checking to appointment was short. Dr. Williams took his time discussing appointment detail and listening to my concerns. When my daughter requested to look at the picture she colored he patiently listened and discussed the art. Great compassionate care.

Dr. Williams is great. He actually listens and cares about his patients. Takes the time necessary with each one. I have enrolled all 4 of my family members with this practice and I hope to stay with him for a long time.

I called Dr Williams's office with the medical issues I was having. His receptionist was able to work me in right away. It only took Dr Williams a brief check to realize my condition was deeper than what I described. He could tell by just looking at me that I was not well. He strongly recommended that I go to the ER. I thought it was harsh but even though I was at the ER for 8 hours, the staff there took excellent care of me. The ER doctor knew Dr Williams very well and had nothing but praise for his ability. Thank you, Dr Williams.
