I was not able to be seen because I had to wait till Mon to pay my copay (4 days later). I, in turn, got busy at work and missed my appt on Mon. Had to reschedule for Tues. I now owe my reg copay plus $25 missed appointment fee and am having to take off work two days instead of one. I was at my original appointment but was refused to be seen over $30 copay that had to wait 4 days to be paid. I always pay at time of service. I just feel like more accomodations could have been made. It was also a quick visit for med refills, which I don’t understand why that it done every 3 mos.

The staff was very friendly upon my arrival and I was promptly taken to a room and treated professionally and Dr. Williams was very friendly and went over our plan of care explaining all aspects thoroughly. This is an awesome practice!!!!!
