I have never been to a medical practice as caring, friendly and personable as this one. Dr. Williams and his entire staff are head and shoulders above others that I've known. I am a retired RN and I am very particular about what I expect from a doctor and Florence Family Medicine is top notch!

What I liked the most was there was no wait. Everyone was courteous and polite. Dr. Williams was willing to work with me on things that I needed. Enjoyed the Christian atmosphere.

Dr. Williams is an amazing doctor. However, the office staff is a lot of times unpleasant to deal with to say the least.

I took my two boys this morning to get tested for the flu. They tested positive and Dr Williams prescribed medication to help.
